A Word About Juice Cleanses:
-Drink these throughout the day preferably without any solid food. Drink plenty of water or tea in between.
-Listen to your body and how it's feeling. If you feel you need something more than just the juice go for raw whole fruits or vegetables high in water content.
-Try to limit exercise and focus on relaxing while doing the cleanse.
-It is also helpful before or after the cleanse to eat something light to ease the transition to and from the liquid diet.
